Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Architecture) or Quantity Surveying – Mandatory
- Specialization in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management – Preferred
- Strong hands-on QS and cost management experience may substitute for formal specialization
- Required Courses / Certifications
- PMP – Advantage
- Cost Estimation / Measurement Courses – Preferred
- Quantity take-off
- BOQ preparation & review
- Measurement and remeasurement
- Payment certification
- Variations and cost evaluation
- Experience in infrastructure projects is highly preferred
- Detail-oriented
- Accurate in measurement
- Strong in cost analysis
- Experience in multi-package environments is a plus
- Commercial team
- Contracts team
- Site teams
- Required Experience – Quantity Surveyor
- 7–12+ years of experience
- 0–3 years: QS / Site Engineer
- 3–7 years: Quantity Surveyor
- 7–12 years: Senior QS / QS Lead
- 5–6 years: Borderline

- Strong experience in infrastructure quantities is critical
