Document Controller

We are hiring a Document Controller on behalf of a leading construction company in the UAE. If you have a sharp eye for detail, love keeping things organized, and are fluent in English — this role is for you.

You'll play a key role in managing and maintaining project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for the project and site teams.

This opportunity is open to international candidates with construction industry experience and valid documentation.

• Manage and organize incoming and outgoing project documentation
• Maintain document control logs and ensure version control is in place
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure proper document flow
• Archive, scan, and store physical and digital documents securely
• Ensure compliance with company and project document control procedures
• Prepare reports, trackers, and summaries as required by the team

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
• Strong command of the English language (written and spoken)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and document control software (e.g., Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, EDMS).
• Strong Knowledge of document control procedures and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Able to manage multiple document streams under tight timelines
